Big jump in home sales

The Boston Business Journal has the latest year-over-year numbers from the Warren Group on Massachusetts housing sales.

I think you mean to say "year-over-year" sales, not "month-over-month."

The data compare November 2009 with November 2008, which is the former, not the latter.
