Definitely a man with a heavy accent. Definitely heard the Capuano. Sounded like it was coming from a live phone room. I didn't stay on the line very long because I'm tired to death of these calls. Interesting to think it was an actual fake call and not just some very bad phone bank.
...note the name/number and post it in a comment here. The only one close enough in the polls to challenge Martha Coakley is Mike Capuano. Would she stoop to this?
