Supposedly that in trying times like these you need a seasoned hand on the tiller (they forgot to mention that the seasoned hand on the Boston tiller is the one that drove us into the storm in a dinghy).
If they were consistent -that means they should have endorsed Capuano. Will say - I'm glad it's not Coakley or Capuano - personally Khazei and Pags both seem better suited - although I think personally I'd prefer someone with some business savvy and experience given some of what the country faces.
Any polls out lately? Even though Coakley was leading - sounded like there were a lot of undecideds - if they tip for some of the other guys - could get interesting.

Globe: In supporting Khazei, the Globe believes that this state’s future depends on new ideas.
And for our capitol city? The same good-ol-boy: "Vote for Menino!" a couple weeks ago, and now it's "Vote for new ideas!"

Menino *is* the first five term mayor of Boston...that's *technically* a new idea...
And one of the main reasons?

Maybe if we're lucky someday we'll get a president who has an MBA.

He said he would run the country like a business.
He just didn't say that business was Enron.

Word to the wise politician - if you are running for office you probably shouldn't be trying to get my vote!
Word to the wise voter - you might be better off if you voted for the person I voted for - in most cases it would be hard to be worse off
