IF Programming. IF Materials. Grey Literature.
Please look into developing intellectual freedom programming and materials for our public library reference desk department in Cambridge about intellectual freedom and grey literature.

Deflecting. Delay. Denial.
Our Reference Desk Department deflected, delayed, denied access to our municipal public documents.

Information policies. Presentation of services.
Intellectual freedom programming and materials for our Massachusetts libraries needs to be included in the presentation of our library services for there are many information policies to be made more clear to our front line library staff and our library users.

Minutes. The last public board meeting.
For example, ask for your favorite public libraries' boards' public meetings' minutes to date. With good access to the last and previous to last public meetings' minutes of our library board our reference desk department should have no difficulty like any routine reference enquiry for archival material.

Collective bargaining advocacy.
It's a matter also of concern to collective bargaining unions' advocates or members that they can get access to board minutes readily without any intimidating runaround.

A contradictory practice within a good model.
It's ironic that our public library in other respects is a model of intellectual freedom. It is the case that a such a good model can in the daily routine have problematical practices that curtail intellectual freedom.
