Signal problems at Park Street? Rush-hour commuters got stuck on the Longfellow tonight and now people trying to get anywhere fast on the Red Line might be better off just walking, apparently. Man, even the Mattapan "High-Speed" Line had problems today thanks to a disabled trolley.

Inbound Red Line on the Longfellow
A couple of days ago, I noticed some MBTA activity about 1/3 of the way from Cambridge into Boston. A train was stopped and held while people went over and looked at the tracks. I had to maneuver my bike around the parked vehicles and watch for people in T uniforms crossing back and forth.
Now I see the trains stopping there almost all the time.
Anybody know what's up with that?
