OK, it's sort of the winter version of watching paint dry (true story: I once actually did that, and got paid for it), but, in any case, here's a Fenway rink livecam.

Anyone can watch pain dry. Getting paid to do so is the art form. :-)
Spray Paint Version
I bet eventually they'll release some sort of time release video of it all getting set up. There's one somewhere out there from Wrigley Field last year, and it's pretty cool...something like a week's worth of setup in about three minutes, and I seem to remember a huge snowstorm in the middle of it all.
