Georgy gives five reasons why, when given the chance between taking a bus or, say, the Red Line from A to B, she'll go with the bus every time:

This is a good point,
This is a good point, although, you'll never see anything like the old Harvard-Brattle stop above ground, or the abandoned Tremont St tunnel. The outside world is a definite distraction, but the tunnels are more intriguing and mysterious.
A lot of people who come into
A lot of people who come into my work would rather be on the buses than on the subway for similar reasons...but they also express a fear of getting stuck underground.
