Very easy to do
A good security guy/girl with the industry certs can easily cost you well over 100k...probably more in a busy metro area and they probably have more than one. Add to that all the licensing and products fees for firewalls, intrusion detection, monitoring, network/disk encryption, & access control (with auditing and reporting)....I'm a little surprised they can do it for that amount of money.
