Somerville is gone, Brookline half day
One of them goes, the rest will go down like dominoes.
Chelsea
No school there, either.
chelsea?
There's no school there when there IS school there!
Kind of easy to bash a school
Kind of easy to bash a school system from behind a non verified name.
BTW I like East Cambridge, I feel at home there, hope that is not a bad thing seeing as I call Chelsea home.
Mefuh
We already had a half day scheduled.
Kind of sick when your kid DOESN'T want a snow day on his birthday! That's because its a scheduled half day and his friends are planning to take him out to lunch!

TXT Message FAIL
Ok, so I signed up for text message notification of snow emergencies via the Bos.gov site.
Low and behold I of course didn't get one.
Anyone know what gives?
Minor typo on WHDH
Not sure if they got this from the city's web site maybe, but: "On streets other than major arteries, do not park within 20 feet of an intersection or further than one foot from the cur, as this impedes access for both emergency vehicles and snow plows."
I try to park as far from any cur as possible. They have pointy teeth.
