In case you blinked and missed the micro-debate between Lynch and D'Alessandro

Good for Congressmen Lynch for debating Democratic challenger Mac D'Alessandro. I thought Lynch was going to hide until the primary on 9/12. Mac challenged him to 4 debates.

Lynch has a lot of explaining to do and if truth be told, he's pretty good at it. Just the same, I wish he didn't have to explain so many of his counter-intuitive positions on all of the big votes on all of the Democratic initiatives over the last two years and before that.

It's an interesting race because both of these guys come from labor and union backgrounds, both grew up in blue collar neighborhoods and both studied law and use it in their professions.

Lynch is currently the most conservative congressman in the MA delegation.

I think both of these guys have integrity; it's a question of values and effectiveness.
