Children Without Borders sues Doctors Without Borders
Children Without Borders, a Milton charity that provides orthopedic care to children in poor countries, yesterday filed a pre-emptive suit against Doctors Without Borders, which wants the newer group to change its name.
In its lawsuit, filed today in US District Court in Boston, Children Without Borders said it has been operating under that name since 2007 and asks the court to declare that nobody in their right mind would confuse the two organizations and that cwbfoundation.org doesn't sound the least bit like a domain name that Doctors Without Borders would ever use.
Complete complaint, filed by Lawyers Without Borders attorney Gerald A. Phelps of Quincy.

Doctors Without Borders? Who's That?
Aren't they actually named Médecins Sans Frontières?
Internationally, yes
But not in the US.

Well how can this statement
Well how can this statement be taken in the right content as Doctors without Borders was established in 1971, and has contributed to the world in ways "Childrent" would never had. This is a naive comment and should be overlooked by anyone in their descent mind whom known Doctors without Borders deserve what is rightfully their own.

Doctors Without Borders has
Doctors Without Borders has spent donor money to hire a New York City law firm to send "cease and desist" letters to every non-profit that uses "Without Borders" in their title. This includes more than 70 organizations! The waste of money is exorbitant for both Doctors Without Borders and for the organizations which have been forced to change their legal name.
