Mike Ball refused to take no for an answer when the Cranky Librarian refused to let him into the library's new Hyde Park history room:

The bureaucratic BPL
A cranky BPLer librarian made a great deal of being on the faculty at Simmons College School of Library and Information Studies but couldn't resolve customers services concerns for BPLusers. The bureaucratic BPL needs to be looked at more critically.
