Derelict factory transformed into charter school in Hyde Park

From my passing commuter train, I've been watching this take shape over the last few years, and I'm also pretty impressed. At first it looked like just another stalled redevelopment project. Then this summer, it came to life. I knew it was a school when I saw the multi-colored decorations on the exterior. Yay!
