Everett teen might wish to reconsider early morning visits to Boston
Boston Police report that when officers responded to the Stop & Shop on Truman Parkway in Hyde Park for a report of drag racing around 3:50 this morning, they found "several motor vehicles parked with engines running" in the parking lot.
Police say all promptly peeled out on arrival of the po-po, but that the officers managed to nab the operator of the fastest car out of lot after a brief pursuit.
Bao Tran, 19, of Everett, was charged with failure to stop for a police officer, police say.
This is Tran's second run-in with Boston Police in a week. Early on Tuesday, Tran was arrested in Chinatown on a charge of attempted kidnapping after he and a pal allegedly tried to drag a woman where she didn't want to go.
Innocent, etc.
