Pratt fall lands woman in hospital

Boston Police report a woman broke her leg and arm falling from the top of a two-story building in a prank gone bad at 33 Pratt St. in Allston Monday evening.
Officers conducted a preliminary investigation that showed a group of friends were on the roof of the property pretending to attempt to jump to the roof of the neighbor's garage roof. Witnesses stated the victim ran to the edge of the roof as if she was going to jump but was unable to stop in time. The victim then fell to the ground feet first.

Street?
Judging by the location and the incident, are they sure it's not Pratt Street?
School?
And given that it was a student falling off a building, are you sure this wasn't somewhere closer to BC or Northeastern?
So what are you saying, that it was a BU student?
And if so, wouldn't they have been cushioned by a pile of money? Or is that Harvard?
BU STUDENTS
Pratt street is close to Boston University and not Boston College.
Yah dude
I think that was the point of the previous couple of posts-- that students from those schools seem to fall off of buildings more often.
Either way
Either way, it's a Pratt fall, isn't it?
Either way
One ought to expect that goofing around on the roof there must inevitably lead to a Pratt fall.
Thanks, guys
Made two fixes: Corrected the name of the street and written the headline this story really should have had to begin with!

Wow, whoever that commenter above was knows the people in the house, because I do to and they just described them to a t.
Bizarre
That's totally bizarre - I walked down Pratt (Street, not Avenue, no matter what the BPD blog says) perhaps 15 minutes before the police arrived, and didn't notice any hijinks going on. In fact, I paused to chat with one neighbor on the street and passed greetings with another, and things overall seemed quieter than they often are on a warm evening on Pratt Street.
