Yeah, I would never utter that sentence, either (for that matter, I no longer even want to eat their "pizza"). But the Boston Business Journal reports Papa's got a new burger, including, apparently, one it calls "the classic."

Actually, they have always had burgers and other sandwiches. They basically have everything that a sub shop has on their menu. My first job, long long ago, was washing dishes at a Papa Genio's on Gallivan Blvd. in Dorchester. One of the few "perks," besides the exceptional pay (ha!), was being able to eat anything I wanted from the menu for free. I probably ate one of everything, and their burgers were pretty good (to my 14 year old palet).
