Boston Police have issued an APB for Joseph Pano, the guy who allegedly only got a face full of pepper spray when he tried mugging a South Boston woman at knifepoint on Tuesday.
Pano is charged with assault with intent to rob, assault by means of a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. He's described as 5'8", is 36 and has dark brown hair, brown eyes and a thin build. He also has "Julia" tattooed on the left side of his neck.

i dont think by catagorizing
i dont think by catagorizing some1 as a criminal by having a neck tattoo is a fair judgement so in your opinion i guess we can always count on you judging a book by its cover rather then the content. and as far as asking who julia is obviously its some1 who is important to him if he has the name on his neck. and this whole case is bull because it was all a lie by some (expletive) so how about that for justice.
