The district covers South Boston and the Polish Triangle, Uphams Corner and Harbor Point sections of Dorchester. Incumbent Brian Wallace is retiring.

If Collins hasn't voted in
If Collins hasn't voted in any elections for years he doesn't deserve anybodys vote on Tuesday.....and I'm not so sure about McGonale,with his Family connection to City hall. let's put someone New fresh in office. I'm considering a vote for Brennan
The race is on the DEMOCRAT side
consider voting for Brennan in November. For now, it's really a 3-man race between Collins/McGonagle/McGee. Collins has ties to beacon hill and McGonagle has his backing from Menino (I heard this was proven by all the city hall insiders that funded his campaign, it's public record). Menino has never been good for South Boston. I'd vote for McGee here, he seems to be the most qualified and he was the one who first got in this race in November.
