I was working late tonight and a bunch of people came back into the office to work for a while after I thought I saw them leave.
I got an email last night
I got an email last night saying that the Fairmont line was on or near schedule due to signal failure.
Sadly, that type of "all clear" message
is all too common. My all-time favorite in that vein was an Orange Line message that read:
"Orange Line now on or near schedule due to an ill passenger at Forest Hills"
Not sure if it's just because the person updating the messages doesn't take the time to properly edit their "cut and paste" of the previous message, or it the T does it deliberately to remind people as to why the delay occurred.
