Early retirement at 45??
Man I really hope that pension reform bill passes. What a joke, my parents are 20 years older and still can't retire.
sometimes early retirement plans are reforms though.
Especially if the person is unproductive and you can't fire him. I would hope that if he retires at 45 he is only getting like 50% or so. If hes getting anything above 50% its a scam.
