You mean he has really, really, REALLY decided? He decided the minute several weeks ago some knuckheads up there were angry b/c someone wanted to bring something decent in to the "neighborhood"--if you can really call it that. He was doing them a favor--why would he even give them a second more of his time than he needed to?
