I find Brown's kitchen more appealing
Are you kidding me? Scott Brown's kitchen is spotless, but very much lived in! People spend time in that kitchen, people use that kitchen, people can relate to that kitchen. Can you not smell the cookies? Hear the kids squabbling? The smoke detector going off when you open the oven?
Flaherty's kitchen looks like a demo at a supply company by comparison.

I agree that fridge is just like the one at my parents house, filled with pictures and memories, it also makes him look NORMAL. Flaherty has a kitchen that looks like it has never been used, children have never graced the home, that mixer has never been used feel.
One problem with Brown's cabinets, I dislike the painted look. I am not sure if I can trust a man that would paint his cabinets rather then use some elbow grease to refinish them.
Too much clutter
Look - I get that it's "lived in" but you're showing it on TV. I clean up when company or camera crews come over. Besides, the kitchen is already an over calculated look... why not show me the bathroom instead? Let's see some flossing or a gum check!
I take points off for Flaherty for the conspicuous placement of the Kitchen-Aid mixer.
