Wow, I had never heard of this guy before, but for some reason felt the strange urge to google his name... I just spent 30 minutes linking around some creepy stuff... seems to run a self-styled 'kink house' where he seeks 'subsidized' roommates on craigslist, there's a constant theme of younger/teens being sought, seems to have made many enemies and skeeved out a lot of ex-employees... and irritated his neighbors with his self-advertising "art" installation in his front yard, basically an awkward weirdo... fascinating.
