Megan Johnson took his photo. If he suffers an unfortunate accident, somebody should rush him to Faneuil Hall and pour his remains on top of the giant macaroni noodle now balanced there.

Just from the photo, I got the feelin' it was a Shemato. I think the tight leggings/shirt, bracelet, and those shoes were a giveaway...
