Has a bomb EVER be found in
Has a bomb EVER be found in an unattended bag in Boston, EVER?
Hopefully one never will.
Hopefully one never will.
Ever hear of a Dry Run?
I can probably find some examples of bombs being found in bags in Boston during the anarchist days of the early 1900s, but I won't bother because the point is easier to make than that.
Can you definitively say that none of the unattended bags in Boston over the past few years have been left there as a dry run to gauge whether and how fast there would be a response?
That's extremely unlikely.
