Braintree Police report they're looking for a guy who walked out of the Burlington Coat Factory store last week with a shopping cart full of new clothes and then threatened workers who tried to stop him:
Suspect had a visible prosthetic left leg and walked with a visible limp.

They couldn't stop a partially lame person with a shopping cart?
I don't understand how the suspect was allowed to get away, given that he was doubly burdened with a shopping cart and a limp.
Yeah, but...
...you still have to hand it to the guy.
Report said he 'threatened' employees
Perhaps he implied he was armed, maybe hiding a gun somewhere. Most retail employees are trained to allow any threatening person to get the heck away from the store and let the police go after them instead.
stealing from cvs
im not sure about this store but some stores have strict policies about confronting shoplifters. i think there was a kid/clerk working at the CVS near brigham and womens hospital that was stabbed to death chasing a shoplifter. they are now instructed to call the police but let the perp leave the store.
