What would a takeover bid be without a stockholder lawsuit or two?

A Genzyme stockholder unhappy that the local biotech company didn't accept Sanofi-Aventis's takeover bid filed suit in US District Court yesterday.

The complaint you linked to seems to have Genzyme as the plaintiff against another pharma company for patent infringement.
