It seems like some of the places they're describing are for 10-20 man operations (or bigger?). I have a friend who was recently looking for a co-op/co-work kind of spot that would house multiple 1-5 man operations. She does web design, but doesn't want to always do it out of the house (it'll drive you stir crazy/cabin fever) and the local Starbucks/coffee-shop-of-choice can often be busy/noisy/dead/etc.
Anyone hear of any ideas I could pass her way for something that fits that niche?
