Great news
My favorite thing about Boomerangs compared to Goodwill is they categorize clothing by size, instead of by color. I love the JP location but it's a thrift store in JP so the hipsters are going to snag a lot of the best stuff. There were so many kids in skinny jeans and ironic glasses there last weekend that I thought South by Southwest had been canceled.

So come on down (and for the ladies, there's another used-clothing shop right across the street).
It's become one of our go-to places for the odd clothing demands occasionally imposed by the kidlet's school (black shoes! They demanded everybody wear black shoes for something). Plus, it's fun showing her all the antiques for sale - like cassette recorders and Polaroid Swingers.
Awesome
Am I lucky or what - my teen turns his nose up at expensive designer wear and loves thrift stores. This adds to the options.

Great news! You know, they
Great news! You know, they also have a really cool higher end sibling boutique in the South End.
Boomerangs special edition
The best Booms branch is their "Special Edition" on Washington St in the South End. Beautiful space, great clothes, good deals.
