iJP: Artist to show off sketches he does on his phone

The Hallway Gallery in Jamaica Plain celebrates its second anniversary with an open house this Thursday that features the work of several local artists, including Peter Allen, who sketches local scenes on his iPhone. Video showing the creation of the Galway House sketch.

The open house is 6-10 p.m. at 66A South St. "There will be tequila," Allen promises.
