Police look for moron who caused oil spill on Mission Hill

Boston Police report somebody stuck a garden hose into an oil-fill pipe at 7 Sachem St. around noon today, then turned on the water.

As a result, water poured into the oil tank causing the tank to fill and overflow. The Boston Fire Department's Hazmat Team responded and contained the scene.
