Police: Students tried to solve sudden party beer shortage by stealing it from the bar next door

Boston Police and the Huntington News report two Northeastern students were charged with trying to steal a case of Amstel Light from Darryl's Corner Bar, 604 Columbus Ave., early Saturday.
Their replenishment scheme was foiled, however, when bar workers caught them beerhanded as they left the kitchen. Arriving BPD officers noticed a party next door and put 2 and 2 together. In addition to the criminal charges, the two students, plus a couple of others, will also have to face the dreaded Northeastern Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution.

Sounds like a case of racial profiling. What if they had a party ball of Bud light?
profiling..maybe..but racial

Suspension/expulsion if found guilty
We have enough townie animosity towards students already, without some low-class idiots privileged enough to be going to college ripping off some local business.
College students need to keep their criminality on campus. The outside world is not their playground to shit upon (at least not until they get Wall Street jobs). And the cities need to send the message, including billing MIT for the removal of the trashy Smoot graffiti, and coming down hard if MIT repaints it again. Same thing with the rower graffiti around the BU bridge.
Seriously, "Smoot graffiti"
Seriously, "Smoot graffiti" is what bothers you?
Wow. Things must be really good around where you are.
Graffiti IS a problem. The
Graffiti IS a problem. The B.U. bridge was recently refurbished for millions of dollars, and idiots with spray paint cans got to work on it in no time. It's an eyesore. Dopes who defend this crap as "art" would be the first to whine if a graffiti artist tagged their car. if it isn't your property, keep your freaking spray paint off of it. Very simple.
Note to Anon Troll
WTF?
You do realize that that bridge was TORN DOWN and the SMOOTS WERE REPLACED when it was rebuilt? You seem to lack a clue here - the Smoots are officially a feature of the bridge!
For a student hater, you certainly don't seem to have been around here for very long.

The defender of frat boys speaks up.
Um, okay
Why does "pointing out that Smoots are official landmarks" as they were replicated and replaced when the bridge was ripped down and rebuilt = "defend fratboys"?
While we are at it, which orifice do you want for your complementary oar?
