Our traffic-jam reporter alerted us at 2:28 that traffic was beginning to move again, but at a snail's pace.

Glad you noticed that there was a Turnpike guy ahead of us in traffic - actually spoke to him when he got out of his car to check out the scene. Nice guy; shrugged his shoulders and said, "Anybody got a football?"
