Should the T ban zombie strollers?

Greg Cook reports he had a bloody good time at today's zombie march. Dennis Ebacher, meanwhile, learned that being undead doesn't mean you stop loving the Sox:

When people have the time and money to spend on worthless junk like this, can the economy really be that bad?

Maybe it's just me - I saw these guys going through the Common, all bloody and gory, and I thought it was some kind of anti-war protest, given that it's Memorial Day weekend - just seemed like bad timing to me.

What the hell are zombies doing out
in the streets on a day other than
Halloween?

Corny.

They look so absurd, they look so obscene.

. . . who don't like wars went to Vermont for the long weekend so there was no chance of this being an anti-war protest.

Bad timing was walking past the churches on Easter Sunday (Zombie Jesus Day), which happened in the past.

With a little creative scheduling, we could get these people to eat the flesh of the public pillow fight crowd.

. . . Public pillow fights, slut rights' walks . . . Ah freedom! Then again the FBI doesn't surveil pillow fighters, zombies, or sluts.

The Tea Party rally on the Commons last year displayed more dignity--- mostly.

While walking to what was going to be a pleasant dinner, 2 of these childish idiots circled my daughter and myself - just circling us without saying anything, getting right up in our faces, with their eyes popped out in what I am sure they thought was some sort of clever zombie stare. It wasn't at all funny and when asked to get a away they kept circling goggle eyed within inches of us. Would I have been within , my rights to pop one of them with my purse or give them a backhand to get them away from me?
I don't think this is so great for visitors to Boston to have to be intimidated by these idiots. Shortly after that incident, a bloody man jumped out screaming at passersby waving his arms and charging at people stopping just short of smashing into them. Is there nothing the city can do?

The city gives permission for this. it is a day to just enjoy life and have fun. whats so wrong with this? they werent hurting anyone

Fine if they want to get dressed and look stupid but they should not be intimidating others

Then Anon should consider complaining to the city, and maybe they won't get permission next year.
