State rep in charge of congressional redistricting decides DC fundraiser might be a bit unseemly

Last time he was in the news, he had been rear-ended by a DUI illegal immigrant. Of course, the Staties couldn't inform the Feds that a drunk illegal alien with no license had just rear-ended a State Rep - Deval put a block on such anti-immigrant bigotry in 2008. So keep an eye on your rear view mirror - he's no doubt still out there.
