Two-alarm fire heavily damages East Boston home

The Boston Fire Department reports a two-alarm fire tonight started in the basement of 211 Havre St. quickly spread to the rest of the house. Two residents were displaced, nobody was injured. Damage was estimated at $200,000; the cause is under investigation.
