Alleged dog poisoner to stay behind bars for awhile

HylandA Charlestown District Court judge set bail at $5,000 for the guy charged with putting out poisoned hot-dog bits for dogs, but revoked his bail on outstanding charges from other towns, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.

Hyland is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage, the DA's office say. He allegedly soaked hot dogs in antifreeze on the evening of Sept. 16, then cutting them up and placing them on the lawn at the Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen Union building on Medford Street in Charlestown, where he worked as a landscaper.

WBZ reports he has a lengthy criminal record.

Innocent, etc.

We learn that people who abuse and murder animals without remorse don't typically confine their anger management issues to pets.

When children display this kind of behavior, it's a sign that the kid is on track to hurt people. This guy is despicable.
