Citizen complaint of the day: Showtime sucks

An alert citizen looks down and notices one of the stencils with which the stupid network has been defacing our sidewalks, in this case on East 4 Street in South Boston.

If the city had a sense of humor, it would close that complaint with "Sorry, that's not a hair question."

Done with bleach or detergent?

It looks like the image was formed by cleaning part of the sidewalk using a stencil and bleach or soap. That's pretty clever and hard to prosecute. The City will file a complaint against an individual making public property cleaner? Just horrible, specially if citizens did that everywhere!
