Ferdinand groundbreaking was sweet

Both Ends of Dudley posts photos from yesterday's groundbreaking for the Ferdinand project in Dudley Square, which will become the Boston Public Schools headquarters. The ceremonies included a cake in the shape of the rehabbed building and the new office building next to it.

Dudley Square is a boomtown and this together with the renovated Hibernian Hall and the historical fire house which serves the arts and cultural community will create a more vibrant community.
The police are doing a great job and the gangs that plagued the neighborhood are being banished and the Geeks in the Hood are moving in.
