Jury acquits Roslindale teen of fatal stabbing on board an MBTA bus

A Suffolk Superior Court jury today found Kim Gross, 19, innocent of charges related to a November, 2010 incident on a Ruggles-bound 44 bus in Roxbury that left one man dead and another with stab wounds.
Gross remains incarcerated in lieu of $20,000 bail on unrelated gun charges, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.

If the city wants to start cracking down on violent crime, they may want to start by actually putting some of the violent criminals in jail.

We see these folks get off all the time. Article on the herald the other day where people DEMANDED city property be turned into a permanent memorial. yet when crimes actually happen no one comes forward with information.

Returning to the topic of the main post -- It sounds like there was a pretty solid case for conviction, I wonder why the jury decided to acquit.
