I work down in this area and get out late in the evening. I'll be more careful on my way to the T now after reading this. How do they get downtown I wonder? Do they take the Orange Line or commuter rail?
Nothing to worry about
there's only been 2 recorded deaths in 100 years and a handful of attacks. All pretty much their bigger, genetically different cousins that hug the Canadian border states.
Like raccoons, your chief worry is seeing one acting weird. Rabies is a bigger worry than a coyote mauling in of itself.
