Police: Drunk homeless guy tries to float away on Boston Harbor ferry

NECN reports the guy boarded a Boston Harbor Cruises ship, then untied it from the dock. Police managed to capture the vessel before he made it to the high seas.

I wonder if he could be charged with piracy for trying to steal a watercraft? Also, does piracy in Boston Harbor refute global warming?
Stole my idea
for when the end of the world or the zombie takeover, I was planning on doing this same exact thing. Jump on one of the many yachts or boats just tied up to the dock and float away.
