Somebody getting ready for the Saturday storm? City sand truck/plow stolen

Missing truck

UPDATE: Truck recovered in Mattapan.

Seems somebody up and stole a Boston Parks and Recreation dump truck outfitted for snow removal from a lot on American Legion Highway at Franklin Park Wednesday night, Boston Police report.

The vehicle is described as a white 2004 Chevrolet pick-up, Massachusetts registration #MB1410. The truck has a large plow attached to the front and a sander loaded on the back.
