Firefighters responded to a roof fire at 191 K St. that quickly went to two alarms, around 1:45 p.m.

K Street Fire
I live right near that building and walk by everyday. I know there's a grill up on that roof, which is illegal in Boston. A fire happened in Charlestown when a propane tank or a roof deck or balcony exploded. Wonder if the same thing happened here. I see lots of grills on roof decks and balconies throughout the neighborhood.

They grill on the roof all the time. They won't trust me to tell them the time of day.
Funny (or not) thing is we passed an insurance inspection. Why an insurer would allow a grill on the roof is beyond me. We did have to fix the rails.
