And this guy, spotted by a T worker at Back Bay station today, has probably just exceeded it:
No doubt riding on the platform because of all the mean car drivers who are gunning for cyclists.
an accident just waiting to happen.
to cross Clarendon St at rush hour.
What a cyclepath!
The T has a bunch of rules about taking bikes on the T. Some of them are silly and widely ignored (don't carry bikes on escalators) but some are quite sensible (don't ride bikes inside stations)
I agree that riding a bike or skateboarding in a station is dangerous but what are the penalties for breaking t-rules. Can the Inspectors arrest you, give you a ticket, bar you for life ?
Can't possibly be one of our indigenous urban cyclists. I mean, it looks authentic (no helmet, not light, no reflective clothing...)
But what self-respecting local cyclist would be caught in a setting where he couldn't blow through traffic lights and mow down pedestrians on the sidewalk?
bike biggots need to develop some new material already, its 2012, great time for a new start
