Ups to be downs for another week

The Boston Licensing Board says it won't be holding a hearing into the seven-stabbing close of business at Ups and Downs until Tuesday, March 6. Over the weekend, city officials ordered an emergency shutdown of the Neponset Circle bar because of the stabbings, one of which sent a bouncer to the hospital in critical condition.
