WHDH reports the Coast Guard is letting Boston Harbor Tent Guy keep his floating encampment - a canoe, raft and tent - although the Guard and the Boston Police harbor unit will keep an eye out for him.
There's a nice 28' sailboat on Carson Beach that's better than the canoe.
Live for free on the Harbor. But you still cant camp in a public park.
There are some with open camping - you just have to know where, and when.
Difference is sharks need to eat, pigeons not so much.
I hope Harbor Tent Guy has a few blankets because it is freezing out there. I think I'd pick a deserted spot under some trees on one of the Harbor Islands over the open sea.
