J.S. Campbell captured the scene when emergency crews pulled up around 5 p.m. to try to figure out how to get a couple dozen people out of the elevator. Brian D'Amico marvels:
How the hell do you get that many in there, even kids?!
And no, Charlie had nothing to do with it. He was on the Green Line.

MBTA elevators are never april fresh to begin with. I'd prefer to bounce down the stairs in my wheelchair rather than squeeze into THAT unfresh Hell with kiddos that are barely potty trained!!!
