Yet another fire blamed on a careless smoker

Stephen Walsh reports firefighters are blaming, yes, careless disposal of a cigarette for a roof-deck fire at 72 Tuttle St. in Dorchester - which broke out not long after another smoker-stoked fire in East Boston.
