A confused citizen in Jamaica Plain seeks guidance from his municipal elders about that 48-hour period after the end of a snow emergency:
Does a parking spot placeholder negate a No Parking sign?

what the sign *doesn't* say is..
"no parking in the middle of the street".
which is where the space saver is.
